What’s trending in the housing market here in Las Vegas? Lots!! Prices are rising-up, up and away. The Median priced re-sale home is around $350k .
Every section of the Las Vegas Valley has New Homes under construction. Depending on your likings there are homes around $150k usually condo and townhomes, then the skies the limit, you name it you can upgrade it in a new home in Summerlin, Henderson, North Las Vegas, the SW and NW. Typically if you’re buying a new home most people send an average of $70k in upgrades at a home priced around $500k. Which could include, flooring, cabinets, countertops, elevation of the home, extensions, lighting and electrical upgrades and so much more. It’s all about personal taste and money when it comes to upgrading a new home.
There’s lots of buzz about the Raiders coming to Las Vegas. Many bars/food establishments have claimed themselves as “Raiders bars”, I spent a lot of time downtown Las Vegas this weekend and already some places have started advertising for game day. As more information about these bars pop up I’ll inform you via this blog.
Vegas Golden Knights are always trending because they have done so much for the city. During the horrible event on Oct. 1 2017 the Golden Knights took charge and showed the community how much respect they have for the victims, their families and the whole community in general. So much love and gratitude shined through a really rough time here. The one year anniversary of Oct. 1st is coming soon. there are many events planned for all people to come together to support one another. I am sure the VGK will be a part of it all.
Weed, yes, we have legalized marijuana. Many travelers arrive in Las Vegas and head straight to a dispensary. Some people think Disney Land is the happiest place in the world, others believe Las Vegas is, Las Vegas is by far a big adult playground.

TRENDS IN LAS VEGAS

there is an estimate of: 439 Single family homes, townhomes and condos for sale, of which means they are in ER status ( no offers ) and Contingent Status ( offer accepted ) Inventory in Summerlin and the rest of the valley, including North Las Vegas, Henderson, NW and SW.
We need more sellers. It’s the time to sell and buy here in Las Vegas. Many people are selling and purchasing another place, either bigger or smaller depending on their personal needs. Many other sellers are selling their homes and just cashing out their proceeds and either renting, moving in with family or leaving town.
My experience with helping buyers and sellers in Summerlin, Las Vegas, Henderson and the rest of the valley is extreme. just a fun fact blog today, cause everything in my life is related to Real Estate in some way shape or form. For example: as I sit here blogging about Las Vegas Homes for sale and what is important about what my readers want to know about our Las Vegas market. Yes, I’ve seen housing the same color as my skittles. Many of them actually. Most of these homes are located in housing areas that have NO HOA’s.
I just opened a little pack of bite size skittles. Really never paying attention to anything but the love of them and how they make me happy. I glanced down to see the pretty colors sitting there. I was struck with wonder, how many skittles are there in this little package, and really what flavors are they?
13 were in this pack. I’m going to go get another lil package and see if there’s 13 in all the packs or if the number varies. There were more green apple bite size candies in this group.

2 hours later, I just had to out of pure curiosity I opened another little package of Skittles, this one has 15 pieces: 1 orange, 2 lemon, 5 strawberry, 3 grape and 4 green apple. that’s it for me and the skittles, for today anyway!

Internet: Well, I can tell you I’ve received a lot of clients from my website and other Internet sites. I blog about what I think is important to people and they enjoy reading what I have to say. I’m a down to earth kinda girl who tells it like it is. I don’t LIE to my clients and say things they want to hear if it’s not the truth.
