just a fun fact blog today, cause everything in my life is related to Real Estate in some way shape or form. For example: as I sit here blogging about Las Vegas Homes for sale and what is important about what my readers want to know about our Las Vegas market. Yes, I’ve seen housing the same color as my skittles. Many of them actually. Most of these homes are located in housing areas that have NO HOA’s.
I just opened a little pack of bite size skittles. Really never paying attention to anything but the love of them and how they make me happy. I glanced down to see the pretty colors sitting there. I was struck with wonder, how many skittles are there in this little package, and really what flavors are they?
13 were in this pack. I’m going to go get another lil package and see if there’s 13 in all the packs or if the number varies. There were more green apple bite size candies in this group.
Here’s hoping you enjoy your candy too. Take care everyone. P.S. I had to open up another lil skittle package. This one too has 13 pieces in it. 4 orange, 5 grape, 2 lemon, 1 strawberry and 1 green apple.
2 hours later, I just had to out of pure curiosity I opened another little package of Skittles, this one has 15 pieces: 1 orange, 2 lemon, 5 strawberry, 3 grape and 4 green apple. that’s it for me and the skittles, for today anyway!

From my experience which is at least 16 years being a full-time Realtor, here’s what I’ve seen:
Referrals: referrals are awesome, most of the time it’s a win-win for both buyer, seller and the agent. Referrals can be from past clients, lenders, friends, co-workers, church members, the list goes on and on.
Internet: Well, I can tell you I’ve received a lot of clients from my website and other Internet sites. I blog about what I think is important to people and they enjoy reading what I have to say. I’m a down to earth kinda girl who tells it like it is. I don’t LIE to my clients and say things they want to hear if it’s not the truth. Believe me there are a TON of REALTORS in Las Vegas and surrounding areas that will lie straight up to any and everyone. I’ve heard the lies, I’ve been lied to. YUCK.
Repeat clients: I have the most amazing clients whom it’s hard to even call them clients become friends. Really great friends who end up having a long time friendship worth having.

That’s the first thing I hear when I engage in a conversation about prices of Real Estate here in Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin, SW, NW the entire Valley. You mean to tell me I can buy what I want for under $300k?
Las Vegas home prices are rising as I am submitting this blog. It’s just the honest truth. Current homeowners are so happy prices are going up, buyers not so much.
There are thousands of new homes being built here, while Re-sale homes are sparse. There just isn’t enough homes for all the buyers.
With NV not having State Taxes people can actually afford more for a home. I know when I lived in Iowa I paid a lot in State Taxes and Property taxes.
Las Vegas has a very low property tax charge.
