Multigenerational house plans accommodate different reasons why there are more generations under the same roof these days. There is no major division between lodgings; all of the bedrooms, bathrooms and public spaces are encompassed in the same house or casita. Plans for multigenerational homes often create privacy by dividing bedrooms into separate wings, or by including a bathroom with every bedroom. The kitchen, dining room and other communal areas are generally shared.
Multi-Family house plans, typically include two or more complete living suites within the same structure/house. For Example: duplex or apartment complex, each living space includes a separate kitchen and living area and a separate entrance. Of course there are many different approaches to multi-family house plans and designs. Maybe a two-story home could contain living areas for three different families: one in the basement, a second on the ground floor and a third above. Alternatively, a townhouse-style design would place two, sometimes the same floor plan of living areas next to each other, with a separate entrance for each.
There are so many reasons why more American households now consist of two or more generations under one roof:
Debt-saddled millennials can’t afford or don’t want to move out on their own; boomers worried about their aging parents want to keep them close by; live-in grandparent babysitters can help offset the price of child-care and other expenses related to raising children.

Hi there, I am here Honoring America’s Native People
National Native American Heritage Month, observed since 1990, gives Americans the opportunity to reflect, celebrate, and honor the Native People of this land. This year, we celebrate the 27th anniversary of this observance to marvel at their contributions to society, educate ourselves on their heritage and raise awareness about the challenges and triumphs they have endured throughout history.
Native Americans have contributed vastly in the arts, sciences, education, civic leadership, and engineering, just to name a few. They have served and continue to serve in our Armed Forces, pioneered many of our medical and vocational innovations, leading many of the environmental activism being carried out today.

Apply for the Certificate of Eligibility.
The loan must be to purchase, construct, or improve a home on Native American trust land.
The Veteran must occupy the property as his or her primary residence.

Let’s talk about living downtown Las Vegas, NV. I do not have a crystal ball but I can tell you from what I see and know about Downtown Las Vegas it’s taking off. It’s had a very bad rap for a long time and actually still has some what of a stigma. The stigma of scary, dirty, gross, all those things that go along with nasty. Yes, it’s true, there still is a lot of filth. Yes, down right dirty and disgusting. BUT, it’s changing slowly but surely. It’s changing for the better. Much better.
Mayor Goodman did so much work to get good businesses to open up in the down town area. He worked really hard and made a lot of progress. I hope he feels his dream is coming true.
CEO of Zappos, Tony Hsieh lives downtown in Las Vegas in the Trailer Park called Llamapolis. I have not been inside the trailer court although I would love to have the opportunity to experience it.
Zappos of course is one of the biggest businesses downtown, there are so many new businesses and restaurants moving in too.
White castle will be opening soon, that restaurant alone is a HUGE positive for downtown Vegas.

I have worked with Penny O’Brien on both purchasing and selling a house here in Vegas and I highly recommend her. She is professional, knowledgeable and skilled. If you’re looking for a Realtor in Las Vegas, call Penny.
When it came to selling my house, I found Penny to be very trustworthy and was very helpful in explaining all the papers I was signing. If I called her and she wasn’t available, she would always get right back to me. I highly recommend her.
We have known Penny for approximately 8 years and she helped us purchase our first property in Las Vegas after renting for several years. The condominium was a great fit when we initially purchased it and then the housing market plummeted and we found ourselves wanting to be in an area of town that was more conducive to our jobs and actually felt that we also wanted to be in a house. Penny found us a great home in Summerlin and we still live there and have for the last 4 years. While living in the house, we rented our condo and did so for 4 years and finally decided to try to part with it once our tenants eventually were ready to move on rather than to try to rent again. Due to the condition of the housing market we decided to short sale our condo and Penny throughout the entire, lengthy process showed tremendous patience and responsiveness with the banks and was always available to answer our questions along the way. I would totally recommend Penny and her expertise to anyone looking to purchase a property in the Las Vegas community to purchase or sell.
We worked with Penny for a year on a very complicated home sale. Penny was always right there guiding us and making sure we were protected all the way. She went the extra mile to correct items that were not represented correctly and knew the in’s and out’s of the Purchase Sale Agreement with us and the Buyer’s and the bank. I would recommend her for any home sale, in any bracket, and in any market. She really knows her business! Thanks again Penny!
penny is a professional. she kept me updated through out the whole process. it was in a highly competitive market and there was a lot of ‘outbidding’ going on, and penny was onto the next place to show me. we saw about a dozen places which i put offers in about 6 after each offer was outbid by another. with her persistence, penny was able to land me the perfect fit. 9 years later in my same condo that penny found me, i couldn’t be any happier.
