Let’s dive into the New Home Community called Reverence located in the NW Village of Summerlin and see what it’s all about. It is an amazing community nestled in the mountains. The builder is Pulte, they have several floor plans to choose from. I can tell you from personal experience that this community is selling very fast. They have great floor-plans and the area is just amazing. Location, Location, Location.
Reverence is a 300-acre residential village located in the northern region of Summerlin at the 215 Beltway and W. Lake Mead Boulevard.
Reverence residents enjoy the world-class outdoor lifestyle found in the Red Rock Canyon area including hiking, rock-climbing, mountain and road biking. A dedicated trail network connected to the village offers community, neighborhood and off-street trails. An eight-acre community park includes an amphitheater, walking track and volleyball, basketball and tennis courts. Residents within the guard gate will have access to a 16,000-sf. indoor/outdoor recreation center that forms the cultural and social core of Reverence and features state-of-the-art fitness, resort and lap pools, as well as tennis and pickle ball courts.

There are some new villages in Summerlin starting to sell homes. I just visited the cliffs yesterday. It’s right up against the mountains in the South side of Summerlin.. It’s so new they don’t have a zip code yet.
The Paseos isn’t a new village but they have a Lot of building going on.
Reverence, it’s located on the far north of Summerlin. Near the 215 and Cheyenne exit. It’s elevation is very attractive to many new home buyers.
Stonebridge, it’s located in the West Section of Summerlin. The area has a higher elevation.

Due to continued market volatility, pricing for the FHA/VA/USDA 4% DPA option has been unavailable in the market. As a result, The Nevada Housing Division will be temporarily suspending our 4% government DPA option. We understand the unavailability of this option may cause difficulty for some borrowers who were counting on the 4% DPA. With this in mind, any loans “Reserved” by January 31, 2018 will still be eligible for this option. Loans reserved beginning February 1, 2018 will not have the 4% government option. Unfortunately, we will be unable to grant exceptions to this policy.
We strongly suggest you consider offering borrowers the HFA Preferred Conventional loan product as an alternative. The majority of FHA loans will qualify for our conventional loan product which can be a more economical option for borrowers. Nellis AFB is located at 4475 England Ave, Nellis AFB, NV 89191, located in North Las Vegas, approximately 8 miles northeast of the city center, and less than 30 miles northwest of Lake Mead. Near these cites south of the base include North Las Vegas, Las Vegas, Summerlin, Paradise, Henderson, and Boulder City, NV.
Creech Air Force Base is home to Air Force’s 432d Wing, which has 6 operational squadrons, 1 maintenance squadron, and MQ-9 Reapers and the MQ-1 Predator unmanned aerial vehicle which is also used regularly in Afghanistan, Pakistan and Iraq. The base is the aerial demonstration training site for the AF’s precision flying team “Thunderbirds”. Creech Air Force Base is located about 45 miles northwest of our Nellis AFB and has daily shuttles between the two and the sharing of some base services.
