I’d love to hear who your Hero is or Hero’s cause I think we all have more than one Hero in our life.
One of mine is a totally stranger, Elon Musk. He has no clue who I am or what I think of him as a hero. He is by far one of the most amazing people who have or ever have walked this planet earth. If you don’t know who he is I recommend finding out. Honestly, he is a Billionaire, which means nothing to me as far as being my Hero. I can not comprehend how much money that is. What is awesome about him is his Drive for life on earth and beyond. OUR LIVES, OUR FUTURE.
He is the founder, CEO, and CTO of SpaceX; a co-founder, Series A investor, CEO, and product architect of Tesla.; co-chairman of OpenAI; and founder of so much. Musk is also a co-founder and former chairman of SolarCity, co-founder of Zip2, and founder of X.com, which merged with Confinity and took the name PayPal. ( I hope I have all this information about him correct) I tried to research it properly.
I know I will probably never meet him, his life is a bit more busier than mine. All I can say about him is that I hope he continues to have his Drive and the very best of life to him since he has concerns about our human race. I wish there were more people like him.

Here we go, it’s going to be a big problem and no one is talking about it. I am!! Time will tell.
This is what they said a few months ago. If you plan to build it in Las Vegas if it’s a new casino, a freeway, or a stadium for the Raiders and UNLV the construction workers will come, officials believe.
Southern Nevada has seen lots of boom periods in its history. Another boom is now happening across Southern Nevada, with planned, proposed and construction projects underway totaling as much as $15 billion.
Labor Union 184 say “they will absolutely be able to complete the stadium project by the beginning of the 2020 football season”. That’s a big commitment.
And data suggests Nevada does not have enough construction workers to accommodate the timing needs of the stadium along with several existing and future major construction projects, including a Strip mega resort, two highway projects and a manufacturing plant.
Construction industry professionals have said the most acute shortage may occur among professionals and specialists, such as architects and engineers.

As far as I can tell right now they are going to be the least expensive new home builder in town.

GENSMART LAS VEGAS HOMES
As life evolves as things always continue to change this is something a little bit new to the market. It’s called the GenSmart Suite. Many times people chose a casita for extra guest/rooming space. Maybe people like the idea of renting out the casita and making a little income. Perhaps they have family members who are visiting for a long stay. Maybe they have a family member who needs a place to live. As we mature we need less space and actually don’t want the responsibility of having or owning a big home anymore.
How about the college student that needs a little more privacy? Or, the newlywed couple who needs to save up a little money before they can buy their own place.
A GEN Smart Suite is perfect. As you can see in the video it’s all a person really needs. There’s a double sink, very nice kitchen area, a spacious living area and wonderful bedroom area. I was almost ready to just move into this place. Of course I couldn’t because it’s a model home and the new home builder may wonder what I’m doing.

This map shows each state’s month-over-month selling price for August 2017. The light gray states, prices have gone up between July and August. This would suggest a seller’s market where buyers may face increased competition. New York and Wisconsin had the highest month-over-month price increases — both above 6% — likely indicating that their housing markets are gaining strength.
The full data lists the median selling prices in July 2017 and August 2017 for each state. The actual numbers can give some insight into the amount of inventory compared to demand from home buyers. Median selling prices are currently over $300,000 in many large seller’s markets including District of Columbia, Hawaii, California, Massachusetts, Colorado, Washington and New York. According to the data, District of Columbia had the highest median selling price in August 2017 at $510,099.

Staring in 1992, Congress established the Section 184 Indian Home Loan Program. The program was designed to offer home ownership and housing rehabilitation opportunities for eligible Native American individuals, families, tribes and tribally designated housing entities (including Indian Housing Authorities) on their native lands and within an approved Indian area.
Why a Loan Program Specific to Native Americans and their families? It’s very unique status of Indian lands, Native American home ownership is an well deserved market. The Section 184 program was designed to improve access to capital for Native Americans and provide private funding opportunities for tribal housing agencies.
HUD guarantees each mortgage loan made to eligible borrowers. The loan guarantee assures the lender that its investment will be repaid in the event of a foreclosure.
The borrower pays a 1% loan guarantee fee at closing, which may be financed in the mortgage or paid in cash.
The borrower applies for the loan with a participating lender, or works with the tribe and the Bureau of Indian Affairs if leasing tribal land. The lender then evaluates the necessary loan documentation and submits the loan for approval to the HUD Office of Loan Guarantee.
The section 184 loan is available in all counties for the following states: AK, AZ, CA, CO, FL, HI, ID, IN, KS , MA, ME, MI, MN, MT, NC, ND, NM, NV, OK, OR, SC, SD, UT, WA, WI
The section 184 loan is available in SELECT counties for the following states: AL, CT, IA, IL, LA, MO, MS, NE, NY, RI, TX, WY
The section 184 loan is NOT available in the following states: AR, DE, DC, GA, KY, MD, NH, NJ, OH, PA, TN, VT, VA, WV
